By placing an order with Kaalkopkjint you agree to the following:
* All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
* Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.
* Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of certain products.
* We reserve the right to update product prices, descriptions and availability without prior notice.
* Handmade products may have slight variations, making every item unique.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship within South Africa.
Estimated delivery time:
* Production time: Please see the product description.
* Courier delivery: Approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Local collection may be available where indicated during checkout.

Returns & Refund Policy
Because many of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns simply due to a change of mind.
If you receive:
* the wrong item,
* a damaged item,
* or a manufacturing defect,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Where applicable, we will repair, replace or refund the item.
Items must be unused unless the issue is related to a manufacturing defect.

Pre-Order Policy
Some Kaalkopkjint products are offered as Pre-Orders.
Our current Built Different™ Hoodie Pre-Order Window closes on 31 August 2026.
Production begins once the pre-order window closes.
Estimated production time is 3–4 weeks, after which orders will be dispatched.
By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that your item will not ship immediately.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

To keep your Kaalkopkjint apparel looking its best:
* Wash inside out.
* Cold wash only.
* Do not bleach.
* Do not tumble dry.
* Do not dry clean.
* Iron inside out on a low heat.
* Avoid ironing directly over printed designs.
Following these instructions will help your garments last longer.
